What it is
Picsart is a creative app for the web, iOS, Android and Windows that combines photo and video editing with AI tools: background and object removal, a one-tap enhancer, bulk editing, and image and video generation with third-party models such as Nano Banana Pro, FLUX, Seedream, Seedance and Kling. It also offers creative agents, a CLI and MCP access for use from tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT.
It suits creators and small businesses making social content without a design background. The app and many of its tools can be used free, while most AI generation runs on credits in paid plans. Pro is $10.50 a month billed yearly, or $15 month to month; Ultra adds more credits and per-seat team use. Generation-heavy work can exhaust the monthly credits quickly.
