What it is
Napkin AI reads text you paste or import, from PPT, DOC, PDF, HTML or Markdown files, and suggests visuals for it: infographics, diagrams, flowcharts, mind maps, data charts and simple presentations. Each visual stays editable, so you can change colors, fonts, layout and icons, then export it for use in slides, documents or social posts. Generation uses AI credits, roughly one per word selected.
The free plan gives 500 AI credits a week, unlimited editing and PNG and PDF export, but visuals carry Napkin branding. Plus costs $9 per person a month billed yearly ($12 monthly) and adds 10,000 credits a month, PowerPoint and SVG export and no branding. Pro costs $22 billed yearly ($30 monthly) for heavier use and custom brand styles.
