What it is

Figma Make generates functional prototypes and web apps from a prompt. You can attach Figma designs, components, images, PDFs and data files, bring in design systems through Make kits or npm packages, and connect external tools over MCP. Results are code-backed and visually editable, can be copied back to the Figma canvas as layers, can use Supabase for logins and data, and can be published to a URL.

The free Starter plan gives limited access with 150 AI credits a day, up to 500 a month. Full access to Make comes with a Full seat, listed at $16 a month on the Professional plan with 3,000 AI credits. AI credits are shared across Figma's AI features, so heavy use may need add-on credits.

Best for

  • Designers turning Figma frames into interactive prototypes
  • Product teams testing an idea in hours instead of weeks
  • Building on an existing design system
